Return and Refund Policy for Adjei & Co.

At Adjei & Co., we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have  30 days from the date of delivery to return a product for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@adjeiandco.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Customized or personalized products.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-15 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
